Neal Frangesh has been a consulting engineer for over 30 years. He was one of the four founding partners of Paul Johnson Associates in 1978. In 1983 he founded LGA Engineering. As a Distrigas Corporation employee in the early '70s, he supervised the construction and startup of the LNG barge Massachusetts. While working for Exxon Research and Engineering, he designed offsite and utility systems. He holds a BSME degree from Penn State and is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts, Vermont, and New Hampshire. |
